Echo Waves
Solve 10 (rapidly) crafted puzzles using musical instruments and climb your way out of this dark maze tower. Clap you hands and play the instruments to generate echolocalisation waves to navigate through the floors.

Great gamefeel! I really also like the sound and visual interpretation of the "waves" theme :) Suggestion: integrate the controls buttons into the GUI so you don't get stuck and have to go read them on the itch page ;)
Yeah great idea! I'll tackle this and post it after the jam's rating period. I was going with a no hud to really emphasis the fact that its pitch black in there. (and also because I didn't know how to make it using my spag c++ code haha).
Haha, I understand, but it could just be information at the beginning of the game, for example. In any case, it's a cool idea :)

very interesting! remind me of the game called dark echo. Your game has more puzzle element and I like how you can interact with instrument and how you place the little classic puzzle in the game.
BUT! I got stuck on the beginning of level 6. it stuck at the beginning, I tried to clap but nothing happens :(...
I hope you get enough time to fix it before the end of the jam!
(and it might be a good idea to provide cheat button to skip levels, when things like this happens, so player has a way to skip broken levels.. if possible...)

Version to skip level is now available. It should also be bug free.. maybe haha
